Extended and Rescheduled Schedule Maintenance
The scheduled maintenance window has been extended to December 23, 2009; however, most of the work has now been completed. Downtime isn’t expected, except for a server a restart later (5 – 10 minutes); we apologize for the continued inconvenience.
Also, we would like to announce that we will need to reschedule maintenance within the week or two; we will make another new announcement with further details at a later time.

We are happy to announce that effective September 22, 2009 we will be increasing the storage limits on all of our hosting plans as follows.

Silver – 50,000MB
Gold – 100,000MB
Platinum – 200,000MB
Titanium – 400,000MB
Due to a changing hosting industry and rising expenses, the following changes will also be made.

Allowed Parked / Addon domains will now be 0.

Rescheduled Maintenance Notification
Due to technical difficulties, we were unable to complete the planned maintenance of the servers on September 10, 2009. A rescheduled maintenance has been planned for September 17, 2009. We will resume upgrading the software on our servers during this time; we expect no downtime to occur except for a server restart.
To our members on the Unique server, the transfer process to the new server was also postponed to September 14, 2009 through September 16, 2009.
We are fully sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
Update: All hosting accounts on Unique have been transferred to the new server. If you have any issues with your hosting account, please open a support ticket.

Planned Maintenance Notification and New Unique Server
A planned maintenance has been scheduled for September 10, 2009; we will be doing software upgrades to the server. We don’t expect any downtime, expect for a server restart; however, we apologize for any inconvenience this planned maintenance may cause. Please also take this time before the planned maintenance to ensure your own personal backup of your site is up to date.
Also, we would like to announce that we built a new server for the members on Unique. The new server has an upgraded processor, more RAM, true hardware RAID array, etc. We will start transferring sites to the new server on September 09, 2009 and should be finished by September 11, 2009. Please note that the main and dedicated IPs of the server has changed; once your site has been transferred, please update your records and scripts to the new IPs which can be found within your cPanel.

Emergency Maintenance Notification for the Rare Server
We will be taking down the Rare server for a short interval to replace two failing drives of Rare’s RAID array; which once the server is up and the drives replaced, the controller will automatically rebuild data to the two new drives. Resource usage will be a bit higher than normal while this is taking place but shouldn’t adversely affect your sites. As always, we recommend that you, our members, to keep an updated personal backup of your sites; otherwise, if you have any questions or needs then please let us know.
Update: The drives have been replaced and the data is being rebuilt to the new drives.
Update: Rebuilding has now finished to the two new drives and the RAID array is now in an OK status.

We just still want to keep thanking everyone for all the referrals that you have sent to us over the past five years. As a result, we have produced a better and higher paying affiliate system that is now in effect. Activating your affiliate account today will allow you to:
- Receive an initial bonus deposit in your affiliate account of 20.00
- Earn 10% of every payment each customer you refer to us makes for the entire duration of their hosting account*
To activate your affiliate account just follow the directions below.
- Go to https://www.bihira.com/whmcompletesolution/clientarea.php and login into the Client Area.
- Click on Affiliates.
- Click on the button Activate Affiliate Account.
- Notice your affiliate account was activated and Your Unique Referral Link was generated.
When you refer someone to our website with your unique referral ID, a cookie is placed on their computer containing this ID so if they bookmark the site and come back later you will still receive the commission.
*Referred hosting account must be consecutively active 90 days before commission payment is deposited into your affiliate account. Withdrawals may only be made when your affiliate account has a balance of 100.00; payouts from a withdrawal will only be given in the form of credit within your billing account.

Planned Maintenance on March 11, 2009
The servers will be undergoing maintenance on March 11, 2009. During this time we will be doing maintenance on the server’s software. A small downtime is expected due to a reboot of the servers after maintenance is finished; however, please be aware that unexpected downtime could still occur during this maintenance.
